1 Hour Phone Call

A focused consultation for parents looking for guidance without a full program. Perfect if you need help with:

  • Question and answer phone call 

  • Review any suggestions discussed previously

  • You’ll leave the call with:
    ✔ A clear step-by-step action plan
    ✔ Personalized recommendations for your child
    ✔ Confidence to move forward

Ideal for baby already in a good routine with healthy sleep habits but needs a refresh or modification 

3 Day Support

Need more support than a one-hour call, but not ready for a full program? This mini package gives you guidance, strategy, and hands-on coaching to get sleep on track. Includes:

  • Mini sleep evaluation and personalized sleep plan suggestion

  • Three days of daily responsive text messages.

  • 1 hour-long consultation to discuss a personalized sleep program, tailored to your family's needs. 

  • 1 follow-up phone call on day 3 to review any questions.​

 

A great option for families who want support to start.

Star Package

This is our most supportive sleep package, ideal for families who want a personalized sleep plan and ongoing coaching through every step of sleep training. Includes:

  • Sleep evaluation and personalized sleep plan

  • Two weeks of daily responsive text messages with 1 night virtual support. 

  • 1 hour-long consultation to discuss a personalized sleep program, tailored to your family's needs.

  • 4 follow up phone calls within the 2 weeks time. ​
